New help desk implemented!

We are pleased to announce that we now have a help desk. You can access it at Once on the help desk, you can visit the "Getting Started" section to help you get started with using the help desk.

We are using a 3rd party service called Freshdesk. There is a quick introductory article on the help desk which you can read for more information regarding why we chose this service, along with a quick guide to help you get started.

We are not yet finished adding articles to the knowledge base, but it is finished enough that we can now allow people to start using it. We will continue adding articles as the need arises.

Please understand, this help desk is only to be used for technical questions relating specifically to this GKM Site. In the future, we may use it for questions to Dr. Jones as well, but currently this is not the case.

This help desk solves many of our organization issues relating to support emails, and is part of our continued effort to make GKM as user-friendly and easy-to-use as possible.
