Storm causes flooding in Washington D.C.
Jul 09, 2019
What a coincidence!
Just as Q posts that “The Storm is Here,” we see a storm dumping huge amounts of rain on Washington D.C., causing floods.
A flash flood emergency was declared Monday morning for the nation's capital and surrounding areas in Maryland and Virginia after the area received nearly a month's worth of rain in an hour.
The heavy rains flooded numerous roads causing dozens of drivers to be stranded.
I am also reminded of the year-long work of Emmet Flood.
