Instructions and Final Explanations for the GOD IS ABLE Prayer Campaign

This prayer campaign is open to all. If you are hearing about this any time after today's date, you may participate by simply reading the prayer and making it your prayer before God. Ask God also that your prayer be made retroactive to June 15, 2001, as if you had participated on that date. Because we are not bound by time or distance in the spirit, we are able to do that.
I also suggest, if you are new, that you read the weblogs back to February to get the background necessary to pray this with a fuller understanding of what you are doing.
Yesterday, I pulled together the various elements of this prayer that had been revealed this past week, and then prayed last night to see if God wanted to make any changes or additions. He did. There was some change of wording to be more precise in the first paragraph, but the major addition came in the final paragraph, where He said to include something from Mark 11:23. I did not recall what that verse said, but we looked it up and saw that it was about saying to this mountain "be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea."
The context of this verse tells us that "this mountain" (i.e., "kingdom" in biblical symbolism) is the "fig tree" Jewish nation in the previous verses. Mark offers no explanation of this, but Matthew 21:19 says that Jesus cursed the fig tree by saying, "let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever." If the Lord had given me Matt. 21:19, I would have recognized this without looking it up, but He bypassed my mind by giving me Mark 11:23, taking me a bit by surprise.
I was taught from an early age by prophecy preachers that the Israeli state was the "fig tree" in Matt. 24:32-34. This speaks of the fig tree coming back to life and bringing forth leaves. It is common teaching among evangelicals that this was fulfilled in 1948 with the establishment of "Israel." I agree. But this passage says nothing of the fig tree bringing forth fruit. It only says that it brings forth more leaves.
Well, the reason why Jesus cursed the fig tree in the first place was because it had leaves only, and no fruit. See Matt. 21:19. So the fact that this nation was to come back to life did not mean that Jesus' prophecy would fall to the ground. Evangelicals must repent of their unbelief and begin to believe what Jesus actually stated--this nation will not bring forth the fruit of the Kingdom that God requires. This was well illustrated in the parable of Matt. 21:33-45, where the verdict was:
"Therefore say I unto you, The Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof."
The overcomers are the "nation" (ethnos = people) who are being given the Kingdom, because by definition, they are the ones who bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom. The fig tree nation, the Jewish State, cannot and will not bring forth fruit, nor will it do so even if the entire Christian world were to pray for that to happen. God cannot go back on His word.
Jeremiah foretold this day as well in the seventh chapter of his book. After giving the indictment that they had made the temple a den of robbers, God said that Jerusalem would be made "as Shiloh," and that He would cast them out, even as He had cast out the northern house of Israel ("Ephraim"). Then in Jer. 7:16 God told the prophet,
"Therefore, do not pray for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to Me, for I will not hear you."
Jesus made the same indictment upon the temple in His day in Mark 11:17. This was His reason for cursing the fig tree in verse 23. And so today, though we are not called to make any curses upon anyone, we are certainly called to believe Jesus' words, for He had the right to lay a curse upon that place.
In fact, we have no right to pray against His words. Moreso, Jesus said specifically that "whosoever shall say to this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass--he shall have whatsoever he says."
The question for you in this portion of the prayer campaign is this: Do you believe what Jesus plainly said? If so, Jesus was prophesying about you in the above verse. This is His invitation to those who are in agreement with Him to participate in the prayer campaign.
And so, while this prayer campaign is open to people of all nations, there is one exception. It is not open to Israeli citizens to intercede for their nation (as a nation). An Israeli may certainly pray on an individual basis and for God to spare individual citizens, but the Israeli State itself is beyond intercession.
This is what the Lord specifically inserted into this prayer campaign, and so I can only bear witness to what I have heard from Him.
